Alan sold us a lake home 10 years ago and after my kids grew up we stopped using it. We decided to sell but choose an agent just down the road because we thought his location would make a difference. After a year on the market we had no offers and very few showings. I contacted Alan to see if he would be interested in listing our place. He was pleased to help us and we received an offer after 1 month on the market. This offer was too low but a few weeks later we had another offer that was acceptable to us and we closed the next month. Alan was a superb agent when we bought our house. He listened to what we wanted and found us the home we were looking for. The only regret I have is that we wasted a year with another agent before going back to Alan.
